Colonel Mark Ellson founded JEMNI Inc. in 2008. An Army combat veteran with more than twenty years of senior leadership in Fortune 500 and manufacturing companies, he brings engineering, manufacturing and operations experience focused on improving performance and customer value. He holds an engineering degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Brandon has been in sales since 1997, when he started his first company. A University of Minnesota graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree, he served for 10 years in the U.S. Army and is a proud veteran. As an entrepreneur, he also runs diverse businesses including restaurant financing.
Jenni handles the majority of behind-the-scenes operations at JEMNI, from marketing campaigns to day-to-day account needs. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communications and began her career in events and marketing around the Twin Cities.
J.L. Jackson has served as Program Support Specialist since March 2020, providing onsite guidance on inventory, supply and sourcing at Boeing St. Louis. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over a decade of forecasting and planning experience, he brings deep knowledge of material management, supply chain and logistics.
Andy is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class and service-disabled veteran whose career included assignments in Germany, Korea, Fort Gordon and the White House Communications Agency. He brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach shaped by military leadership, with a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Management & Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
